About Us

   Katherine Whitlow - CEO/Founder

Katherine has a Associate of Science in Busines Management, working on Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Nonprofit Leadership Certificate, Community Leadership Certificate, and Project Citizen certified .  She has worked with several youth groups, participated in numerous community events, engaged in a number of neighborhood organizations to help build a better community with community leaders/residents, and created quite a few youth programs.  She is a mother of three sons and one daughter..   

 Patrice Duckett - Chief of Finance Officer

As a native of Indianapolis, she has lived in the United Northwest Area and walked to her elementary school Elder W. Diggs School 42 as a child. She graduated from Northwest High School and later attended Martin University and received Bachelor’s in Business Administration.  She is a facilitator for several community building workshops. Currently, she is the Community Organizer for Nearwest Collaborate District of Indianapolis. She is a mother of one son.

 Regina Skinner - Assistant Program Coordinator

She is a resident of Indianapolis. Currently, employed at St. Francis Hospital as a Phlebotomist. She has a Associate Degree in Health Information Technology. She has worked with several youth in the community teaching basic sewing skills.

 Tracie Holland - Adminstration/Events Coordinator

Tracie Hollard has a Bachelors of Social Science in Criminal Justice, Community Leadership Certificate, and the President of Crown Hill Neighborhood Association.  She has worked with several community organization to help build a better Quality of Life plan for community, youth, and seniors.  She has her own business called "Creative Christian Wear".  She is a mother of two sons.    

 Terrell Al-Sharif - Board Member

He was raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Northrop High School. In 1991, he moved to Indianapolis and became a wrestling coach inside the Indianapolis Public Schools. He worked at various IPS High School locations: John Marshall, Arsenal Tech, Arlington, and Northwest (present). Currently, he works as a firefighter for the Indianapolis Fire Department. He volunteers for several different community neighborhood associations. He ia a father of three children.
